Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of confirmed delivery. The delivery date is the date shown as "Delivered" in your order tracking. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligible Return Reasons

We accept returns for the following reasons:

• Damaged in transit: The item arrived with visible damage caused during shipping.
• Not as described: The item differs materially from its product listing (size, color, material).
• Quality issue: The item has a manufacturing defect or does not meet the quality standards described.
• Change of mind: You no longer want the item. Item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or commissioned pieces: Items made to your specific specifications or personalized items.
• Items not in original condition: Items that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged by the customer.
• Items without original packaging: Where the original packaging is required for safe return transit.

Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

1. Submit a return request through your Account Portal. Select the delivered order, choose the item(s), select a reason, and upload photos if applicable.
2. Admin review: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days. You will receive an email notification with the decision.
3. Return shipping: For approved returns, we will provide a prepaid DHL Express return label. Ship the item in its original packaging. You are not responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item at our Tuscan consolidation point, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days to verify the reported condition.
5. Refund: After successful inspection, your refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the refund being processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

For partial returns (returning one item from a multi-item order), only the line item amount for the returned product will be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please submit your return request as soon as possible with photos of the damage. We prioritize these cases and aim to resolve them within 48 hours of your request.
